She has been so responsive, so helpful and accommodating, and very kind as I have been working through many different ideas for my couch order. I am writing this letter in response to the service i received as a Buyer's Edge Inc. customer. I belong to the New York State Union of Teachers, and so i have the benefits of the Buyer's Edge Inc. program. In January, my husband and i went looking for furniture at some local stores. Bassett was one of those stores i visited. After poor experience with a salesperson in that particular store, I was reminded that I had access to this benefit. And so i called the Buyer's Edge Inc. number and was put through to your store. To my delight, Gary answered the phone.
...It is clear that you require a lot of your sales people. Gary is beyond courteous, kind, hardworking, diligent, and extremely detailed-oriented. He returned every phone call in a timely fashion. He answered questions after contacting the Bassett reps to make sure that i was getting exactly what i wanted. And at no time did i feel like i was a burden. I always felt like I was a priority. It is because of his performance that I have enthusiastically recommended your store to all of my colleagues and friends.
...Saturday, April 6th was my delivery day. I had ordered a couch, two chairs, two leather club chairs, two leather ottomans, a media cabinet, a king size storage bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a cabinet for my dining room, and a desk unit. The desk was modular in nature and required a lot of knowledge on Gary's part, in order to ensure that it would go together seamlessly. And it did! Everything was perfect. I could not be any happier.
...On top of Gary's outstanding salesmanship, you sent two delivery people who were outrageously impressive as well. Angelo and Sean treated our house like it was their own. They did an amazing job of getting all of the furniture to the correct locations, and even moved the pieces again if needed. They were both professional and cordial.
